Free HIGH HEAT RETENTION DIMPLEX STORAGE HEATERS – (Worth £2000 – £3200)
Free Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) – (Fully insulate all heat-loss walls – (25 year Guarantee ) (Indicative cost if done privately without grant- £4000 – £14000)
Free Loft Insulation up to 300mm – (We will top up existing to 300mm) -(Indicative cost if done privately without grant- £100 – £350)
Free Cavity Wall Insulation – ( If walls are Cavity and not Solid Brick -25 year Guarantee )
Funding towards External Wall Insulation ( EWI )
Room In Roof Insulation ( RIR ) – If you have a top floor room with slopes (Indicative cost if done privately without grant- £1800 – £3500
First Time Central Heating ( Would include supply and fit of brand new boiler, pipework, radiators, filters, valves – Full Central Heating system)

The criteria…
To qualify for these measures you need to have EITHER at least one person, registered at the address who receives ANY ONE of the following:-
Child Tax Credits, Working Tax Credits, Pension Credit
Job Seekers Allowance
Income Support
Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Personal Independent Payment (PIP)
Carers Allowance
Attendance Allowance
Universal Credits
OR
If you are on low to medium income but doesn’t claim anything, depending on the postcode of the property, we may still be able to assist with funding and installs
